Of course I like your web site, but you have to take a look at the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very troublesome to inform you. Nevertheless I will certainly come again again!

Buying a new home is not an easy decision: it requires thought,planning and a healthy dose of optimism,tinged with a little bit of fear. Once the decision is made, however, the next hurdle is finding the house the will one day be a home. For us that hurdle was more of a challenge than making the decision to buy a home. Many realtors did not take our plans seriously. Phone call would be made and not returned, emails sent and ignored. Overall it was a rather frustrating experience;that is until we met Kathy Korzyk. Kathy was there for us from the very beginning. She took our plans seriously and listened to what we were looking for in a house. Then she did her best to help us find ti. Throughout the entire process, she patiently fielded my nervouse and anxious phone calls, pursued uncoopertative brokers, and remained eternally optimistice that we would find the perfect house for us. Many times over the past several months, I was amazed that Kathy continued to work so hard finding homes, showing them to us (sometimes repeatedly) and writing up bids, especially when we were outbid the majority of the time. Despite the frustrations and setbacks, she remained confident that we would get a house and worked incredibly hard to make that a reality for us. I am so grateful for her guidnace and faith during this process, without which I am sure we would have given up months ago. Kathy made it possible for us to become first time home buyers and for that we cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend Kathy to any person who is looking to buy a home. Recently my husband and I purchased three acres of vacant land in the town of Knox. During the search process, whether it was sending us listings that fit our pirce range, seeking out additional information from listing agentts, taking us to look at possibilities, or making purchase offer. Kathy always had our best interests in mind and was very attentive to our preferences. Once again, it was a great pleasur to work with her. We look forward to working with Kathy again when it is time to sell our current property, and we will surely give her name to anyone who we know that is interested in buying or selling a home.
